When I ordered 3 Onyx chess sets from JBExotic, I thought the pictures were lovely on the web site, but when they arrived, I was truly amazed at the gorgeous, unusual colors, The quality of Onyx, as well as the intricate carving of each of the playing pieces! I called Barry in Vegas, all the way from South Carolina just to tell him how thrilled I was with my order! Two will be Christmas gifts for two ornery brothers, who will NOT be ornery anymore once they see their sets! i have been anxiously awaiting giving my husband the custom carved ironwood box with his prized mule carved in it for his birthday...when i received it i was overwhelmed at the quality and likeness it represented "Babs"..the wood is so beautiful and it is unbelievably heavy...the quality of this far exceeded my expectations...the personal one on one attention you gave me and determination to get the carving to an exact replication of her was the best...i can not begin to tell you how happy my husband was upon receiving this....he could not believe how much it looked like her and how beautiful the wood was...he just can not stop touching it or talking about how fine it is....it is just a superb piece of art ...i also had purchased the coolest ironwood domino set from you earlier in the year....it is a show stopper....each domino is a work of art.... i am 100% pleased in both the quality of your art as well as the exceptional service you provide...i will definitely purchase from you again and highly recommend anyone to do the same....if you love quality ironwood ....this is where you get it !!!!!!

My package arrived today and man was I surprised!! It prettier in real life than the pictures show it. I love the smooth and rough wood carving on the aztec and the contrasts and beautiful coloring are just gorgeous. OMG and the boxes of dominoes are perfection!! So unique, its as if they were made special order. Please let me know when there are more globes as now I know its a must have item after seeing these. Oh, and nothing got damaged in the shipping and I bet over the delay from the hurricane this package went everywhere lol!!! Thanks again Barry. My UPS man wants to play dominoes with me (woohooo) lol!!

I wanted to make sure you know how pleased I was when I received my ironwood box. As you know, I ordered the large box, and was so surprised when I saw what it actually looked like. The picture does not do this box justice!! And the weight of this box - I know I could not find anything of the same quality anywhere, and nowhere near the price you have it listed for. It is just gorgeous!! The special care you and your carvers took making this a special and personal item for me was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. Just wanted to tell you guys, I received my Eagle today and was totally impressed. As a lawyer, having this bird overlooking my desk is impressive. The website has great pictures, but when I took him out of the box, I was absolutely happy. The detail work is fantastic. You guys really delivered what you say you do.

I have a hand finished oak credenza in my office and this box just makes it stand out. I was very impressed with the finish of the wood. A friend recommended JBExotic's website as they knew I was looking for 2 sets of dominos that would be a unique gift for my sons at Christmas. Everything on the website is beautiful, but I fell in love with the marble dominos. I had anticipated being pleased with the quality but had not expected the high quality I received. I am pleased, satisfied and speechless at the quality of the workmanship and the stones itself. The pips are all hand-drilled. Each set is unique because of the handmade craftsmanship and high quality stones. THey do not carry stones that have been artifically dyed, all are of natural color and variations.

I look forward to further purchases as well, not only in the marble but in the ironwood. I know my sons will enjoy their individual uniqueness every time they play dominos.
